I turn exacting automation into practical AI for businesses

For more than 10 years I owned high-stakes U.S. payroll, tax and benefits operations: thousands of employees, multiple states, and numbers that had to hold up to an audit. That work taught me to automate complex workflows carefully, with Excel, Power Query, VBA, SQL and written procedures, and to never ship something I couldn’t verify.

Today, at Vickery Machine Logic, I bring that same discipline to Python, SQL and local, private AI agents and apps: private knowledge agents, training-video tools, scheduled data collectors and recruiting intelligence, plus a Services menu of recurring business jobs. It runs on hardware you own, with little or no token cost and your data staying in-house.

I work remotely with teams across the US and am glad to meet in person in Greenville and the Upstate. See proof in my work, or book a conversation about what is costing you the most time.
